A Personalised Facelift Concierge Experience

Over 27 years of skincare expertise, personal understanding, and thoughtful care, carried forward into your next chapter.

Your Skin Journey, Personally Cared For

For more than 27 years, my professional world has revolved around skincare and helping clients achieve and maintain healthy, beautiful skin.

Through my skin clinic, I have had the privilege of building long-standing relationships with clients, often caring for their skin over many years. My philosophy has always been to prepare, protect and improve the skin long before surgery is ever considered.

As we age, gravity and changes in skin laxity can eventually take us beyond what skincare and technology alone can achieve. For many of my long-standing clients, this marks the beginning of a new chapter: considering a facelift or neck lift.

I believe there is something particularly special about continuing that journey together. After years of understanding your skin, its history and its individual needs, I can bring that familiarity and experience into this next phase of your life.

The same person, and a relationship built on trust.

My personalised facelift concierge service has grown from this philosophy. It brings together my professional background, my personal experience as a patient, and my understanding of how much thoughtful support can mean when you are preparing for surgery and recovering at home.

Because feeling cared for should be part of the journey, too.

Preparing Your Skin Before Surgery

My involvement can begin months before your facelift, with a considered approach to preparing your skin.

Where appropriate, we can address residual pigmentation, uneven skin tone and textural imperfections in advance. The aim is to improve the overall condition and appearance of your skin and plan treatments thoughtfully, rather than attempting to address every concern at the time of surgery.

Allowing time for preparatory treatments to settle before surgery is an important consideration. Treatment selection, timing and suitability must always be coordinated with your surgeon, who will determine the most appropriate approach for your individual circumstances.

My role is to bring my understanding of your skin into that conversation, helping you plan ahead and approach this next stage with care and preparation.

Before or after your surgery, I only treat you once your surgeon has confirmed in writing that it is safe, and I follow their timing. I do not care for wounds, stitches, drains or dressings, and my treatments do not replace your surgeon's or nurse's care. If anything worries you after surgery, please call your surgeon first.

The philosophy is simple: prepare the skin before surgery, support you after your surgery, and continue caring for your skin long afterwards.

More Than Professional Experience: A Personal Understanding

My approach to concierge care comes not only from more than 27 years in the skincare industry, but also from my own experience as a patient.

I have undergone at least eight surgeries under general anaesthetic, some cosmetic and others medically necessary. I have also experienced numerous facial treatments that required recovery time, and there have been occasions when I wished I had someone beside me who understood what I might need before I even had to ask.

I know that feeling of wanting to be comfortable, wanting reassurance, and discovering that the simplest everyday things can suddenly require much more effort.

Although I have not yet had my own facelift or neck lift (that chapter may not be too far away!), my personal experiences have given me a genuine appreciation of what it feels like to be on the other side of the treatment room.

They have taught me that thoughtful care is rarely about grand gestures. It is about anticipating the little things, recognising what might make someone more comfortable, and having everything ready before they need to ask.

It is knowing when someone might appreciate conversation and when they would prefer quiet. It is making sure their water is within reach, their pillows are comfortable, their room is organised and their everyday essentials are exactly where they need them.

And it is understanding that nourishment matters.

Rather than simply asking whether you are hungry, I want us to plan appropriate food in advance. During the first days after surgery, this may mean soft, easy-to-chew meals that are gentle on the stomach, nourishing and prepared with suitable ingredients to support your overall wellbeing. Food preferences, dietary requirements and your surgeon's recommendations will all be considered.

The difference is anticipating rather than reacting. Preparing rather than improvising. Understanding rather than guessing.

This is the personal philosophy behind my service: to think through the details with you beforehand, so you can arrive home feeling prepared rather than having to organise everything while recovering.

Your Personal Facelift Concierge

Surgery is only one part of the journey. Once you arrive home, even the simplest everyday tasks can suddenly feel surprisingly difficult.

Preparing a meal, reaching for medication, changing your bedding, arranging your pillows or getting comfortable can require more effort than you anticipated. Things that normally happen without a second thought may become small challenges when you are tired or simply needing to rest.

My concierge service is designed around these details. Together, we plan your daily practicalities in advance, tailoring the arrangements to your needs, your procedure and the level of support you would like.

Your personalised service may include:

Preparing your recovery space

Your room is organised before you arrive, with comfortable pillows, fresh linens and essential items positioned within easy reach. We consider lighting, comfort, accessibility and the little details that can make your environment feel calm and welcoming.

Food and nourishment

We plan suitable soft foods and easy-to-chew meals, with gentle, nourishing options. Meals and snacks are organised around your preferences, dietary requirements and your surgical team's advice.

Medication instructions and organisation

Your surgeon's written medication instructions are kept organised and close at hand, so you can refer to them easily. I do not prescribe, administer or change medication, alter dosages, or make independent medication decisions.

A clean, comfortable environment

Your space is prepared with careful attention to hygiene and fresh bedding, following any instructions provided by your surgical team. My role is to maintain a clean, comfortable environment. Wound assessment, wound care and sterile procedures remain the responsibility of appropriately qualified healthcare professionals.

Getting to and from surgery

I can arrange your transport to and from surgery.

Complimentary skin treatments

Once your surgeon has cleared you in writing, I may also include some complimentary skin treatments, which we'll talk through at your consultation.

Overnight and extended concierge support

If you would feel more comfortable having someone remain overnight, we can discuss and arrange this in advance. Twenty-four-hour concierge support is also available by agreement, depending on your individual requirements and the arrangements established together. This is non-medical support and does not replace nursing care or medical supervision.

Every detail is considered with you beforehand. The aim is to anticipate the little things that can otherwise become overwhelming, so you can spend less energy managing everyday life and more time resting comfortably.

Understanding My Role

My service provides personalised concierge support and practical assistance. It is not a nursing service, medical service or substitute for professional healthcare. I studied nursing, but I am not a registered nurse or a doctor, and I am not registered with Ahpra. I am a cosmetic laser and skin practitioner. I do not diagnose or prescribe.

Your hospital and surgical team will determine when you are medically ready for discharge and provide instructions for your recovery at home. Being discharged generally means you no longer require hospital-level care, but it does not mean your recovery is complete or that you will necessarily feel ready to manage every aspect of daily life independently.

This is where thoughtful concierge support can make a meaningful difference.

My role is to assist with everyday practicalities, maintain a comfortable environment and provide a familiar, reassuring presence.

Before your surgery, we will discuss your needs, your surgeon's written instructions, the level of concierge support arranged and the appropriate contacts should medical advice be required.

My intention is to provide peace of mind through preparation, attentiveness and practical support, while ensuring that your medical care remains with the professionals responsible for it.

A Minimum Three-Day Concierge Commitment

My facelift concierge service requires a minimum three-day commitment. This allows us to plan your initial time at home with continuity, consistency and personal attention.

The commitment applies to the concierge service as a whole. It gives us time to attend to everyday needs and provide the agreed level of support during those early days.

Overnight stays and twenty-four-hour support can also be arranged where requested and agreed upon in advance, subject to the level of non-medical assistance required.

Every arrangement is discussed beforehand, so we both understand what is included and what to expect.

A Clear Arrangement

I believe peace of mind should extend to the cost of your care.

You should be able to relax, knowing the practical details have been considered, the arrangements are in place and there are no unexpected hourly charges for the agreed services.

If your needs change or extend beyond our original agreement, we will discuss any necessary adjustments transparently, so you remain comfortable with the arrangements.

Booking and service boundaries

A $1,000 deposit secures the booking, subject to agreed cancellation and rescheduling terms. All packages specify visit times and included hours. The service complements, but does not replace, medical care and instructions from the treating surgical team.

This is about providing clarity and reassurance at a time when your attention should be on yourself.

Private enquiries and individual package quotations welcome.

Care That Continues Beyond the Clinic

After more than 27 years of caring for my clients' skin, continuing with them into their facelift journey feels like a natural extension of the relationships we have built.

This service is personal, discreet and founded on trust. It brings together my background in skincare with my own experiences as a patient and a genuine appreciation of the support people may need during a significant life experience.

From preparing your skin months before surgery to helping create a calm, comfortable recovery at home, my intention is to make each stage feel considered, connected and personally supported.

I want to know your preferences, understand your concerns and think through the practical details with you before you need them. I want you to feel comfortable asking questions, confident about the arrangements and reassured that the little things have not been forgotten.

Because the experience is not just about the procedure itself. It is about how you feel in the days leading up to it, how supported you feel when you return home, and how much easier recovery can feel when the everyday details have already been considered.

After 27 years of caring for your skin, it is a privilege to continue caring for you into the next chapter of your journey.

Beautiful skin is a journey. Trust makes it personal. And thoughtful care makes all the difference.
