The treatment

What is Chill Peel and what is it used for?

This advanced shallow grade regeneration laser treatment is designed to improve overall skin quality by addressing both the surface of the skin and the deeper collagen-supporting structures beneath.

It may be beneficial for:

  • Fine lines and wrinkles
  • Sun damage and environmental ageing
  • Uneven skin texture and roughness
  • Enlarged pores
  • The look of acne scarring and selected surgical scars
  • Crepey skin and loss of skin firmness
  • Dull, tired-looking skin lacking vitality
  • Pigmentation irregularities and uneven tone

By stimulating new collagen production and encouraging skin renewal, the complexion appears smoother, brighter, firmer and more refined over time.

Is it for you

Who is Chill Peel right for?

This treatment is ideal for clients seeking meaningful skin regeneration and improvement in texture, quality and firmness without surgery or injections.

It is also ideal for those beginning to notice signs of ageing, sun damage, uneven texture or loss of skin vitality, and for anyone looking to improve skin quality rather than simply adding volume.

Before you book

Who is not suitable for Chill Peel?

This treatment may not be suitable for those who:

  • Have active skin infections, cold sores or inflammatory breakouts
  • Have an open wound
  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Have recently undergone certain surgical procedures and are still healing
  • Have unrealistic expectations
  • Are unable to accommodate the temporary redness and recovery associated with resurfacing treatments
  • Have had recent significant sun exposure or sunburn
  • Have skin that has not fully recovered from another treatment
  • Have recently had injectable treatments within the past two weeks
  • Have an active flare or skin condition that I feel should settle before treatment

A consultation and skin assessment will determine whether this treatment is the most appropriate option for your skin, goals and lifestyle.

Mechanism

How does Chill Peel work?

This treatment is performed using an advanced fractional CO2 laser system, selected for its ability to improve skin texture, stimulate collagen production and support long-term skin rejuvenation.

By delivering controlled energy into the skin, it stimulates collagen production. The treatment works by creating thousands of microscopic treatment zones, encouraging the skin to repair itself.

Every treatment is tailored to the individual and may be complemented with carefully curated ampoules chosen according to your skin's specific needs. These may focus on hydration, calming, brightening, barrier support or skin recovery, helping to optimise both the treatment experience and your results.

Optional treatment enhancements may include LED light therapy to help calm the skin and optimise the healing process.

Pricing

How much does Chill Peel cost in Double Bay?

Full face base treatment, $500

This price covers the treatment only.

Additional treatment areas are priced separately

If we treat areas beyond the face, such as the neck, décolletage or other areas of the body, those areas are added separately. Pricing will vary depending on the area and treatment required.

I personalise each treatment rather than offer a one-size-fits-all price, so your final investment will depend on the topical solutions selected and any additional areas treated.

In Kelly's words

The one thing I wish people knew

The one thing I wish people knew before booking is that timing matters.

I recommend waiting at least 2 weeks after any injectable treatment before having this resurfacing treatment, allowing the skin time to settle.

And after your treatment, you need to understand you'll have a couple of days of redness and flaking. Be prepared to stay out of direct sun for at least one week and be diligent with your sun protection while your skin is recovering.

It's an incredible treatment when the timing is right, so plan it around your other treatments, events and sun exposure.

Questions

The questions I'm asked most

Will I have downtime?

There can be some mild redness and warmth afterwards.

Most people experience a few days of redness and a sandpaper-like texture as the skin renews itself.

I'll talk you through exactly what to expect and how to care for your skin afterwards.

What topical solution should I have?

We can choose the topical solution according to what your skin needs and the result we're working towards. This is why I don't use the same combination on everyone.

Results vary from person to person.
