Skin tag removal is a quick, precise treatment to remove those little, soft pieces of excess skin that can develop in areas where there's friction, such as the neck, underarms or around the eyelids.
I carefully target the skin tag itself, with the aim of removing it cleanly while leaving the surrounding skin as unaffected as possible.
Skin tag removal is suitable for small, benign skin tags, flesh-coloured or slightly darker.
Results vary from person to person.
It's particularly suited to people who have skin tags that are annoying, catch on clothing or jewellery, or who simply want them removed for cosmetic reasons.
I'm not at liberty to diagnose whether something is a skin tag or not, so I require it to have been checked and confirmed by a doctor first.
If you're unsure whether a growth is a skin tag, please have it medically assessed before booking your removal appointment with me. Once it has been confirmed as a skin tag, I can then assess whether it's suitable for cosmetic removal.
I also won't treat skin that is irritated, inflamed, infected, broken or hasn't fully healed from another treatment.
I use a number of different technologies for skin tag removal, including radiofrequency, CO2 laser and electrodesiccation.
The size of the skin tag and where it's located on the body will determine which technology I choose. I'll assess the skin tag first and select the method that I feel is most appropriate for that particular area and treatment.
If you have a number of small skin tags grouped together, I can work out a package price for you, depending on how many there are and the area being treated.

The one thing I find myself repeating is that the skin tag needs to have been checked and confirmed by a doctor before you come to me for removal.
